Metamorphic rocks in the Catalina Mountains

WHAT: In this project, you will generate and analyze chemical data from minerals in rocks. You will investigate the relationship between magmatism and the extension of Earth’s crust that formed the Catalina Mountains outside of Tucson, AZ.

WHERE: This project will involve lab work at the University of Arizona.
