Geologic dating of Arizonan supereruptions 

WHAT: In this project you will work on minerals within volcanic rocks (tuff and lava) from Arizona. You will investigate the timescales and geochemistry of igneous activity building up to large volume volcanic eruptions.

WHERE: This project will involve experimental lab work at the University of Arizona with the option for field work in south-central Arizona.
