Origin and evolution of metamorphic rocks from the Vizcaíno Peninsula, Mexico

WHAT: In this project, you will generate and analyze chemical data from minerals in metamorphic rocks from Baja California Sur, Mexico. You will investigate the significance of heating and deformation of Earth’s crust in the tectonic evolution of western North America.

WHERE: This project will involve lab work at the University of Arizona.
